Xmas Season - R3300 per night

Easter Season - R3100 per night

• 23 March - 10 April 2012

High Season - R1700 per night (1 -5 people); R2100 per night (6 - 10 people)

• 11 April - 2 May 2012
• 22 June - 16 July 2012
• 8 August - 11 September 2012
• 28 September - 10 October 2012

• All other dates - R1250 per night (1 -5 people); R1650 per night (6 - 10 people)

Weekends

Rental rates for all holiday weekends that fall out of Easter and Xmas season in 2012 are R2100 per night. A minimum rental of R6300 is required. Colwyn House is not rented out for less than three nights. This applies to these holiday weekends for 2012 :
